Winter Term 2009
|
Our topic for the first half of this term will be Colour and Winter. In Literacy we will be reading stories about Elmer the patchwork elephant and making books and writing labels and captions.
In Numeracy we will be focusing on patterns and continue to practice our numbers. In science we will be investigating light and colour through observation and lots of practical investigations.
We will also be holding a Literacy and D&T week which will be based on the film Cars. As part of this week we will be making Junk Model Cars. Please could you save any smaller sized boxes, kitchen roll tubes and bring them to nursery as soon as possible. |
